By accessing and using the the Service service provided by ReportLeaf ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

the Service is an online tool. The Service provides keyword analysis, formatting feedback, and downloadable reports.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the Service
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Not resell or redistribute reports generated by the Service
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the CV content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis.

The Service, including its design, features, and reports, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Due to the digital nature of the reports, refunds are generally not available once a report has been downloaded. Contact us if you experience technical issues.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The analysis results will guarantee job application success
  • The Service will be compatible with all ATS systems

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReportLeaf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
